Mapping protein-protein interactions and proximity within their native spatial context is essential for elucidating molecular mechanisms underlying biological processes; however, methods for spatial interactomics with subanatomical resolution are limited. Here, we introduce digital micromirror device (DMD)-PhoxID, a method that combines photocatalytic proximity labelling with patterned irradiation using a DMD to map the proximal molecular environment of proteins of interest within defined subregions of fixed brain tissue.

Matching journals

The top 5 journals account for 50% of the predicted probability mass.

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
