IntroductionThis clinical trial investigates the efficacy and safety of a personalized 15-day accelerated intermittent theta-burst stimulation (aiTBS) protocol, targeted at either the default mode network (DMN) or the fronto-parietal network (FPN), in individuals with mild Alzheimers disease (AD).
