The Endoplasmic Reticulum AminoPeptidase 2 (ERAP2) gene encodes an aminopeptidase involved in antigenic peptide processing for the MHC-I pathway. Genetic variants in the ERAP2 gene are associated with autoimmune conditions and infectious diseases.
