ObjectivesAdolescent fertility in India remains underexplored at the state level. This study estimates age-specific fertility rates (ASFRs) for females aged 15-19 across all major Indian states and union territories (UTs) from 1990 to 2025 and generates probabilistic projections of state-level ASFRs for females aged 15-19 through 2050.
