Clonal hematopoiesis (CH), defined by the expansion of hematopoietic cells with somatic mutations in leukemogenic genes (CH of indeterminate potential (CHIP)) or with mosaic chromosomal alterations (mCAs), is associated with aging and adverse health outcomes in the general population.
