Recent data collected on the Chlamydia Trachomatis life cycle show an initial period of no RB-to-EB conversion. This and other features of the observed bacterial life cycle are postulated to be consequences of the bacterias drive for Darwinian survival. Stochastic optimal control models formulated herein in fact lead to an initial conversion holiday that support this proposition.

Matching journals

The top 5 journals account for 50% of the predicted probability mass.

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
