IntroductionOne third of children with epilepsy develop drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE). Epilepsy surgery is the treatment for DRE, and selecting the surgical target typically requires recording spontaneous seizures during intracranial monitoring with stereoelectroencephalography (sEEG).
