Withdrawal StatementThe authors have withdrawn this manuscript because they have found that the gentamicin treatment used to ablate the lateral line was not completely effective in neon tetras and cherry barbs. The results comparing the response to lateral line ablation across those two species may not be valid because the lateral line may not have been fully ablated.
