MotivationAnalysis of alternative splicing using short-read RNA-seq data is a complex process that involves several steps: alignment of reads to the reference genome, identification of alternatively spliced features, motif discovery, analysis of RNA-protein binding near donor and acceptor splice sites, and exploratory data visualization. ResultsWe introduce splicekit, a python package that provides a comprehensive set of tools for conducting splicing analysis. Availability and implementationhttps://github.com/bedapub/splicekit and over PyPI.

Matching journals

The top 1 journal accounts for 50% of the predicted probability mass.

50% of probability mass above

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
