High-grade serous tubo-ovarian carcinoma (HGSC) is a major cause of cancer-related death. Whether treatment order--primary debulking surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy (PDS) or neo-adjuvant chemotherapy with interval surgery (NACT)--affects outcome is controversial.
