ObjectivesPeople experiencing homelessness are at increased risk for addiction, with substance use both a cause and response to homelessness. Street Medicine (SM) programs provide decentralized, low-barrier care to people experiencing homelessness and have begun to offer medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD).
