Show abstract
The increasing complexity and scale of genomics data demand reporting solutions that are both interactive and easy to share. Here, we present SCIFR, a framework for creating self-contained, single-file interactive reports. SCIFR merges template-based flexibility with web app interactivity. Demonstrated with BLITSFR (comparative genomics) and METAXSFR (metagenomics), SCIFR outperforms established frameworks in efficiency and usability. The platform and tools are openly available, enabling next-generation, shareable reporting across diverse applications.
