Neurodevelopmental disorder-risk CNVs (NDD CNVs) are associated with complex neuropsychiatric phenotypes. These CNVs also confer risk for a host of medical outcomes in adults yet the long-term health consequences in the context of comorbid psychiatric illness have not been well documented.
