We expanded Minnesotas viral genomic surveillance program to include respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). We performed whole-genome sequencing of 575 specimens collected at Minnesota healthcare facilities from July 2023 to February 2024. Subtypes A and B exhibited differences in their genomic landscapes, and we identified 23 clusters of genetically identical genomes.

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
