We develop and analyze a two-locus biallelic genetic model with randomized recombination rates and fitness matrices. While deterministic models reveal a trajectory toward the simplex center before stabilizing at polymorphisms, introducing random recombination pinpointed regions of attraction dependent on the fitness matrix and recombination fraction range. As recombination randomness intensifies, transitions in these attraction regions are observed. Analysis with random fitness matrices highlighted genotype attraction towards the tetrahedron vertices with edges guiding genotypic clustering.
