De novo peptide sequencing is a promising approach for novel peptide discovery. We use a novel concept of complementary spectra to enhance ion information and propose a de novo sequencing model{pi} -HelixNovo based on Transformer architecture.{pi} -HelixNovo outperforms other state-of-the-art models and enhances the taxonomic resolution of gut metaproteome, taking a significant step forward in de novo sequencing.

Matching journals

The top 4 journals account for 50% of the predicted probability mass.

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
