Show abstract

It is shown that estimates of the effective reproduction number Rt for COVID-19 using standard packages such as EO_SCPLOWPIC_SCPLOWEO_SCPLOWSTIMC_SCPLOW can be reproduced very accurately using the expression Rt = c(t)/c(t -{tau} ), where c(t) is the incidence at time t and{tau} the mean value of the series interval.

Matching journals

The top 7 journals account for 50% of the predicted probability mass.

"Similar papers" are the closest papers from that journal in the model's embedding space. They show what the match is built on, but the ranking comes mostly from a classifier over the whole training set, not from these examples alone.
